Pamodzi Pass keeps the details you give it so that you can sign in to government services, and shares them only with a service you allow (or, for government staff, the systems you hold a role in).

• We keep your name, e-mail address, mobile number, NRC or passport number and the dates of your sign-ins.
• A service sees only the details it asked for and you agreed to; you can withdraw that under Connected services.
• Your password is never stored, only a one-way fingerprint of it. Codes we send expire after 10 minutes.
• Every sign-in and every change to your account is recorded, and you can read your own record under Activity.
• You may ask for a copy of your data or for it to be corrected under the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021.
